Myrtille has developed a renowned expertise in the area of Employment and Labor law. She provides both advisory and litigation services to French and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective issues.

She has also developed special skills in the implementation of complex projects such as restructuring or M&A transactions, including the audit and strategics steps, as well during as the execution of the transaction. Recently, she advised the French platform Docebo in connection with the social aspects of the acquisition of ForMetris, the world leader in training, and the investment fund, Capza, with the acquisition of Time for Growth.
