Myrtille has recognised expertise in employment law. She advises a clientele of French and international companies on all issues falling within this field, in both advisory and litigation matters, in the management of individual and collective employment relations.
She also acts on high-stakes transactions, such as restructurings and mergers and acquisitions, where she assists her clients at every stage — from the employment audit and the definition of the strategy through to the operational implementation of the transaction. Her approach combines legal rigour, strategic vision and a clear command of the operational constraints inherent in complex environments.
