She also acts on high-stakes transactions, such as restructurings and mergers and acquisitions, where she assists her clients at every stage — from the employment audit and the definition of the strategy through to the operational implementation of the transaction. Her approach combines legal rigour, strategic vision and a clear command of the operational constraints inherent in complex environments.
