Grégoire Lepigeon has developed recognised expertise in private equity and mergers and acquisitions, which he practises mainly in connection with investment and capital structuring transactions, advising companies and their directors and officers at each key stage of their development.

He acts across the full spectrum of private equity transactions, from venture capital and growth equity through to buyout transactions, including development capital, transmission capital and management reinvestment structures. He primarily advises directors and officers, founders and management teams on the structuring of their interests, governance issues and the implementation of management packages, as well as, where appropriate, on their relationships with investment funds and family offices.

Grégoire Lepigeon has in-depth experience in handling complex and evolving transactions, including majority and minority investments, build-up transactions and successive investment structures. He has recognised sector expertise in wines and spirits and in consulting, and also acts for companies active in the internet and technology, industry, food and agribusiness, insurance and life sciences (healthcare and biotechnology) sectors.

Partner at Coblence Avocats, he is admitted to the Paris Bar. He is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School Grande École programme (MSc in Management) and holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas).
