Laurent Guardelli advises companies and their directors and officers on all of their employment law matters, in their relations with employees, employee representative bodies and labour authorities. He acts in both advisory and litigation matters, in particular on individual and collective cases with significant stakes. He is especially active alongside the French subsidiaries of international groups in particular Anglo-American groups which he advises on the management of their employee relations, reorganisation projects, and growth or restructuring transactions.
Laurent Guardelli also advises directors and officers on the negotiation and structuring of their status, both upon hiring and on departure.
Partner at Coblence Avocats, he is admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a PhD in private law (Université Paris II – Assas / St John’s College, Oxford) and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Employment Law and Practice (Université Paris II – Assas). He is a board member of Avosial, the trade union of in-house employment lawyers.
