Laura Isabelle Danet practises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises a French and international clientele in acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
She has strong sector expertise in industry (with a particular focus on aerospace, defence and armament), energy, new technologies and real estate. She also acts on equity-related corporate transactions and complex corporate restructurings.
Partner at Coblence Avocats, she holds a degree from the HEC Paris Grande École programme, a Master 1 in Business Law and a Master 2 in International Corporate Transactions and Taxation (Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne), as well as a Master 2 in International Taxation (Université Paris II – Panthéon-Assas). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English, Spanish, Italian and Mandarin).
