Frédéric Coppinger has recognised expertise in real estate and construction law, in both advisory and litigation matters, and acts across both private and public law.
He advises an exclusively professional clientele — institutional investors, social housing landlords, public and private project owners, developers, construction companies, investors and family offices — at every stage of the life of a real estate asset, from structuring to disposal.
He acts on the full range of real estate and construction transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development and construction projects, planning permits, public works contracts, lease management, and the handling of complex technical disputes. His combined command of public and private law issues allows him to ensure strategic continuity between advisory work, pre-litigation and litigation, before both judicial and administrative courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
Partner and member of the executive committee of Coblence Avocats, he is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Real Estate and Construction Law (Université Paris II – Assas).
