Ludovic Dorès advises companies and their directors and officers on all of their strategic transactions, in both advisory and litigation matters. He acts in particular on fundraising rounds, acquisitions and disposals, LBOs and MBOs, and complex restructurings.
He is particularly recognised for his expertise in governance and the resolution of shareholder disputes, which he addresses through a strategic approach combining anticipation, negotiation and, where appropriate, business litigation.
Ludovic Dorès also has specific know-how in advising directors and officers throughout their careers, both in structuring their interests — notably through management packages — and in handling sensitive or conflictual situations, in particular during transition or exit phases.
Managing Partner and member of the executive committee of Coblence Avocats, he is admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in EU Law (Université Paris II – Assas), a master’s degree in Business Law (Université Paris X – Nanterre) and a master’s degree in Management Sciences (Université Paris Dauphine).
