Alexandre Brugière focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He advises companies, shareholders, directors and officers, as well as investment funds and family offices, in both domestic and international transactions.
He has recognised sector expertise in food and agribusiness and in industry. He also advises growth companies and their shareholders in the internet, telecommunications, information technology and life sciences sectors (healthcare and biotechnology).
Partner and member of the executive committee of Coblence Avocats, he is admitted to the Paris Bar. He holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Common Market Law (Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Public International and European Law (Université Paris XI – Sceaux).
