Coblence avocats advised Yotta Capital Partners, Schneider Electric Ventures, Navitas Semiconductor Corporation and Cycle Management in connection with AlpSemi’s first fundraising round. AlpSemi is a Grenoble-based start-up specializing in next-generation power semiconductors.
This €17 million transaction will enable AlpSemi to accelerate the development and commercialization of its technologies, which contribute to the digitalization of electrical infrastructures.
