Mélanie Erber advises her clients on intellectual property law, IT and new technologies law, as well as competition, consumer and distribution law. She acts in particular on issues relating to trademarks, copyright, designs and models, internet and e-commerce law, IT and digital contracts (licences, general terms and conditions), personal data, as well as commercial relations and restrictive practices.
She assists her clients both in advisory matters — helping them to enhance and secure their intangible assets and to structure their commercial relationships — and in pre-litigation and litigation phases, in connection with the resolution of complex disputes.
Partner at Coblence Avocats, she is admitted to the Paris Bar and holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Multimedia and IT Law (Université Paris II – Assas).
