Coblence avocats advises on the Avenir & Héritage du PO project

Coblence avocats advised the Compagnie des Prêtres de Saint-Sulpice and the JSCPO association, known as le PO, on the structuring and implementation of the Avenir & Héritage du PO project, a major development designed to relocate and ensure the long-term sustainability of the JSCPO’s sports and community facilities in the Hauts-de-Seine area.

Launched in 2020, the project is based on two inseparable components: the sale of the historic site in Châtenay-Malabry and the acquisition of a new plot of land adjacent to the City of Antony’s Sports Park. The development involves the construction of a new complex of nearly 35,000 square metres, bringing together sports facilities, a community and social hub, office space and residential units, within a landscaped environment close to the Parc de Sceaux.

Carried out alongside Altarea Cogedim Développement Urbain, the City of Antony, the City of Châtenay-Malabry and RATP Group, the project required comprehensive legal support for the project owner. Coblence avocats provided end-to-end assistance, including the structuring of the real estate transaction, the securing of sale agreements and acquisitions, and the negotiation of the development agreement and key contractual commitments.

Coblence avocats commends the commitment of Frédéric Coppinger and Sarah Azizi in supporting the Compagnie des Prêtres de Saint-Sulpice and the JSCPO, and extends its thanks to GESCEM for initiating and leading this landmark project.
