This merger is part of ERIS GROUPE’s strategy to structure its electronic security division, particularly following the recent acquisition of TECHNI ALARME. Together, IMAINTEL and TECHNI ALARME are now a leading player in the French electronic security market, particularly recognised in the banking sector.
This transaction allows IMAINTEL to benefit from the support of a structured, fast-growing group, while retaining its operational autonomy.
