Coblence avocats advised Salini Immobilier on the reorganization of its capital around its managers

Coblence avocats assisted Salini Immobilier in a strategic operation marked by the entry of MBO+ and InnovaFonds as minority shareholders alongside Salini Groupe and its managers. This shareholding reorganization aims to accelerate the group’s national development and strengthen its eco-responsible renovation offering.

Founded in 1965, Salini Immobilier is a key player in the design, construction and renovation of industrial and logistics buildings.

This transaction enables the company’s managers, led by Serge De Oliveira, to become majority shareholders, while the Salini family reinvests to support the group’s growth trajectory. With sales of €105 million in 2024, Salini Immobilier aims to reach €200 million by 2030 by strengthening its territorial coverage and exploring external growth opportunities.
