Coblence avocats advised Dealinka and its founders in connection with a fundraising transaction carried out alongside Re-Sources, an entrepreneurial investment fund specialized in supporting growing SMEs.
This transaction will enable Dealinka to continue structuring and deploying its business model, strengthen its technological platform, and accelerate its development in France before expanding across Europe.
