Coblence avocats assisted the management of Pure IT in the sale of a majority stake to Röko AB

Coblence avocats advised and assisted the management shareholders of Pure IT in the sale of a majority stake in the company to Swedish investor Röko AB. This strategic transaction marks Röko's first acquisition in France and the 28th business entity to be added to its portfolio since its creation in 2019.

Founded in 2015 by Patrick Heintzmann and Jérémy Py, joined by Philippe Evain in 2016, Pure IT designs and supplies compatible optical transceivers, XGSPON modules and network cables for telecoms operators, fibre providers and cloud service providers, under its own Pureoptics brand. As a result of this transaction, the management of Pure IT, who will retain a minority stake, will continue to lead the company into a new phase of growth, supported by the resources and expertise of Röko AB.
