Coblence avocats assisted the LIBERTAD HOLDING and Boisvert groups, major players in the distribution of photographic and video equipment in France, with their strategic merger.
This new group unites three emblematic brands:
- Panajou (Bordeaux, 1865)
- Objectif Bastille (Paris, 1983)
- Miss Numerique (e-commerce, 2004)
The merger will create a leading player in the French photo and video market, with the ambition of achieving sales of €100m within 5 years.
