Exaion, a subsidiary of EDF Pulse Holding and a leading French player in high-performance computing (HPC) and secure cloud infrastructures, welcomed MARA France as majority shareholder.
MARA France is the French subsidiary of MARA Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: MARA). The transaction forms part of a broader strategic framework in which MARA Holdings Inc. and NJJ CAPITAL simultaneously entered into a capital partnership, providing for NJJ to acquire a 10% minority stake in MARA France.
This structuring transaction strengthens Exaion’s positioning in next-generation digital infrastructures and illustrates the increasing convergence between industrial, energy and technology players operating in capital-intensive and highly regulated environments.
Coblence avocats advised Exaion and its management team on all legal aspects of the transaction, mobilising a multidisciplinary team covering corporate, employment and tax matters.
This transaction confirms the firm’s positioning on complex cross-border capital transactions, acting for leading industrial and technology stakeholders in demanding strategic contexts.
