KURY GROUPE has completed the sale of its subsidiaries KURY Ingénierie and KURY UK to Parlym, a leading industrial engineering group, particularly active in the nuclear sector.
This strategic transaction forms part of Parlym’s continued expansion in nuclear engineering activities, both in France and in the United Kingdom. The acquisition strengthens the group’s capabilities on technically complex projects, notably in systems engineering, safety and electrical / control-command engineering.
