Benjamin Magnet acts in the turnaround of distressed companies, debt restructuring and distressed M&A, as well as across all out-of-court and court-supervised procedures, in both advisory and litigation matters.
He also has an active business litigation practice, in particular in M&A, banking, financial and commercial litigation, both before judicial courts and in arbitration.
He acts more specifically on behalf of debtors, directors and officers, and investors, and advises a French and international clientele in the services and industry sectors.
Partner at Coblence Avocats since 2018, he is admitted to the Paris Bar. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (Université Paris II – Assas).
He is a member of the Association for the Turnaround of Companies (ARE)..
