By doing so, the court set aside Turkish law in favour of French law, thereby strengthening the extraterritorial reach of the duty of vigilance regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This decision significantly expands litigation risks for French multinational companies.
