KURY GROUPE has completed the sale of its subsidiaries KURY Ing\u00e9nierie and KURY UK to Parlym, a leading industrial engineering group, particularly active in the nuclear sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This strategic transaction forms part of Parlym\u2019s continued expansion in nuclear engineering activities, both in France and in the United Kingdom. The acquisition strengthens the group\u2019s capabilities on technically complex projects, notably in systems engineering, safety and electrical \/ control-command engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coblence avocats acted as corporate counsel to the sellers throughout the transaction. The firm advised the shareholders from the structuring phase through to completion, once again demonstrating its expertise in supporting shareholders and industrial groups in cross-border transactions.
