The development involves the construction of a new complex of nearly 35,000 square metres, bringing together sports facilities, a community and social hub, office space and residential units, within a landscaped environment close to the Parc de Sceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Carried out alongside Altarea Cogedim D\u00e9veloppement Urbain, the City of Antony, the City of Ch\u00e2tenay-Malabry and RATP Group, the project required comprehensive legal support for the project owner.
