• About Marion Fabre
Marion Fabre focuses her practice in private equity transactions. She assists her clients (companies, investment funds and family offices) in equity financing and in LBO, OBO, MBO and LMBO transactions. She also assists managers with the implementation of their management packages.
In addition, she advises companies in all their M&A reorganizations and joint venture transactions.
She started her career in 2012 at Chammas & Marcheteau where she developed special skills in private equity as well as fund structurating. She joined Coblence avocats in 2014. She holds an advanced degree in International business law
Corporate Tax (University of Toulouse 1 - Capitole).

Alexandre Polak regularly advises both French and international companies on their tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and private
equity transactions, as well as on their day-to-day matters.
He also assists resident and non-resident individuals on their dealings with the French tax authorities and on their wealth tax issues including in particular with regard to real estate structuring issues.
Tax lawyer since 2010, Alexandre Polak acquired his experience in both French and international law firms. Before joining Coblence avocats, he started his career at
Arsene Taxand, and Veil Jourde as well as Bird & Bird as Counsel. He holds an advanced degree in International Taxation (University of Paris II Assas / HEC) and an LLM in Tax law (Queen Mary - University of London).
