Pierre-Antoine Dubecq has deep experience in international and cross-border joint-ventures and strategic alliances as well as in the negotiation of major commercial and industrial projects.
He also assists clients in connection with private equity restructuring and turn-around transactions as well as corporate and M&A litigation matters.
His practice covers a wide range of industries with particular emphasis on the Defence, Aeropsace and Healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining Coblence & Associés, Pierre-Antoine Dubecq was notably partner at the M&A department of Gide in Paris. Prior to that, he was involved in the opening in 2004 of the Paris office of international law firm Morgan Lewis where he was partner until 2013.
